Terms and conditions of sale.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern sales made on the site cahierautonome.fr, published by SAS VSBG. The site sells exclusively downloadable digital products. Any order implies full acceptance of these T&Cs.

The products offered are exclusively downloadable digital content (documents, templates, guides, files, digital resources, licenses or any other digital content). Each product page describes the main characteristics of the content sold. Visuals are not contractual.

Prices are shown in euros including all taxes. VAT not applicable — article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. The applicable prices are those displayed at the time the order is validated.

Payment is secured and handled by Stripe. The order is validated upon payment confirmation. No banking data is stored on cahierautonome.fr servers.

Products are delivered exclusively by download. The download link is available immediately after payment is validated. In case of a technical issue preventing access to the download, the customer can contact: contact@cahierautonome.fr.

The customer is responsible for keeping the downloaded file. Once the digital product is downloaded, it is considered as definitively delivered and acquired by the customer. The customer can use the file without time limit in compliance with these T&Cs.

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the customer expressly accepts the immediate execution of the digital content delivery before the end of the legal withdrawal period and expressly waives their right of withdrawal. Therefore, no right of withdrawal may be exercised once the download has started.

Given the nature of digital products and their immediate availability, no cancellation, exchange or refund request can be accepted after download. However, in case of a technical issue preventing the download or making the file unusable, SAS VSBG undertakes to provide the customer with a new download link or a solution to access the purchased product.

Products sold remain protected by the French Intellectual Property Code. The purchase of a product grants the customer a personal and permanent right to use the purchased file. Unless otherwise indicated on the product page, it is forbidden to reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, share or commercially exploit all or part of the files without prior written authorization from SAS VSBG.

SAS VSBG cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of digital products. The customer remains solely responsible for the use they make of the downloaded content.

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Processing terms are detailed in the Privacy policy of the site.

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal proceedings. Failing agreement, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.

The validation of the order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.
