You receive your Cahier Autonome (1 standalone file) by email. You open it in Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge. It works immediately. Each studio stores your working data on your device. It connects to our server for the licence and, depending on the studio, for specific features described on its product page. No user account in the file.

No. A Cahier Autonome runs locally in your browser, on your device: it is not an online service. Each studio is offered under an annual licence, renewed automatically, with no monthly fee: its price is stated on its page.

Those are online services (SaaS): the software and your data live on their servers, you work connected, with an account, and you depend on their availability. A Cahier Autonome runs on your machine: your working data is stored on your device and it works offline day to day. Invoice Studio is offered under an annual licence (7-day free trial, then EUR 99 per year, VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code), but it is not SaaS.

By email, with your activation key and a personal download link. For a product with a free trial, such as Invoice Studio, the file arrives as soon as the trial is activated. Without a free trial, it arrives as soon as the first payment is validated.

Payment is processed by Stripe (secure payment, PCI compliant): Cahier Autonome never sees or stores your card number. For an annual licence with a trial, the payment method is saved at sign-up and nothing is charged during the trial. After each payment, Stripe emails you a receipt, with a link to the invoice and the receipt as PDF files. No VAT is charged (VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code).

Support is handled by email, reply within 24 business hours. Updates are available for the whole period of the annual licence. (Per our terms, the digital product is delivered immediately and the right of withdrawal does not apply.)

You request a new download link with the email address of your order. For your data, the file exports to JSON, a text format you can store anywhere.

A studio is built for individual use, and your data is stored in the browser, not in the file: sharing the file does not share your data. Invoice Studio: one licence, one open session at a time; to change computer or browser, make a backup on the old one, activate the studio on the new one with your code, then import the backup there. Prélèvement Studio, sold in French for France, shares the centre's logbook, encrypted, across five devices in total, the manager's included: the manager invites each device.

Each studio runs in your browser, on your device, and stores your working data there. It connects to our server to check the licence. Depending on the studio, other features also go through a server: an encrypted shared logbook, forms sent to your clients, public data services. Each product page states what is sent, when and why.

Yes: new versions are available as long as the annual licence is active, and your studio flags each one with a banner.

Invoice Studio (quotes and invoices) and Prélèvement Studio (swimming pool health logbook, in French, for France) are available under an annual licence with a 7-day free trial. Étiquette Studio (food labelling), Coach Studio (coaching, sports and wellness tracking) and Détecteur Studio (real estate profitability simulator) are coming soon.
